Just for fun, I want to make a windows 2000 Desktop have the look and feel of Mac OS9 or 10. The number one thing is I don't want to install anything that could make the computer less stable or slower. Some of the UI tweaking programs I have tried have caused all kinds of minor bugs, slow downs, and incompatibilities. Is there a site where I can quickly grab the icons and other "safe" things I need to modify the OS? Is there other things that are safe to do. |

sherpaj.. Interesting request :) I have found a couple of sources for themes that will turn your Windows machine into a Mac...at least make it look like it: Tucows MacIntosh #4 http://freethemes.proxad.net/preview/14925.html Tucows Macintosh #1 http://freethemes.proxad.net/preview/61041.html PCTip http://www.pctip.ch/downloads/dl/14356.asp This site is in German, but you can download the theme Have fun! Thanks for your question. If you need any additional clarification, please let me know. Regards, -THV Search Strategy: mac desktop theme for windows |
