How do you mean performance?  Instructions per second or speed? Also,
do you want all processors developed by the companies, ie, for IBM the
RISC, AS/400, PowerPC, etc?

I hope the performance figures above are satisfactory to cover the
period 1992-2002, allowing for limitations in the available data.
e.g. a SPEC CPU95 result of a 1996 tested processor cannot be directly
compared to a 2002 processor test using the SPEC CPU2002 benchmark.
