I can give you the HAAT for 43 degrees 45' 18" N, 116 degrees, 05' 52"
West, which is approximately 1.99KM from your location. Will this
suffice? This is location of an FX translator.

I have also discover HAAT for 43 45' 20" N, 116 5' 55" W, which is
closer to your original question.

Thank you for your reply, but the coordinates you gave are for Deer
Point which is over a mile away and about 800 feet lower in altitude.
Deer Point might have a significant impact on the HAAT for Shafer
Butte, and there are other mountains to the north and east of Shafer
that would affect its HAAT but not influence the HAAT of Deer Point.
I think I need a "Shafer" figure.

What is the length of the antenna you wish to put at these
coordinates? To calculate HAAT, that is a requirement. You can see
the requirements for calculating HAAT at

Good point. I'm not sure we know the antenna height at this time. We
have not determined exactly where and how we'll mount the antenna (on
the roof, on a mast).

I suppose what I really want now is the "Average Ground Elevation"
from the calculation sheet you referenced. We can make appropriate
adjustments for the exact antenna mounting details if we have the
"Average Ground Elevation" of the site.

Thanks for your help!
