I was able to locate one lawyer with the first name *Kolin* located in
Austin, Texas.
 
I found another lawyer with first name *Kollin* in Abilene Texas.

I found  13 lawyers with the first name *Colin* in the following
cities.

Dallas – 3
Houston – 3
Palestine- 1
San Marcos- 1
Waco- 1
Corpus Christi –1
Austin – 3

I can give you the complete name, business address and phone number,
bar card number and member status for these 15 lawyers.

Would this information suffice as an answer?

practice on his own.  if you can, please expand the search to law
firms and look for members with proname or surname of kolin or colin.
