I have been unable to locate a biography of Jean Marie Couillard.
However, I can direct you to a source where you will be able to
extract recent auction prices of six of this artist's works.  This is
a subscription site, and you will have to pay them $20 to extract this
information.

If you are interested and this will suffice for you, please let me
know and I will post said information as an answer.

I will continue to try and locate a brief biography of J.M. Couillard
for you.  However, this may take several more days as I wait to
receive replies from contacts from whom I had requested some
assistance.

In the mean time, the Web site that will provide sales and price data
on his work is -

Search for "Couillard" and you will end up at the requisite page.

You will have to purchase 20 queries in order to be able to access the
sales records - that is the minimum quantity they will sell.  However,
if you do a lot of this, you may want to look into their unlimited
access plans.

This was an almost impossible answer to find.  There is almost nothing
available on this person.  The researcher did a fine job.
