names of German soccer players registered in the Bundesliga (First and
second div.?)from 1964-1997. I found the darn site one and can't find
it now. Gives their names, team(s),how long on team(s), etc. |

I don't think that I've found the site that you saw, but I did find a
similar one. It appears to include all players in the 1. Bundesliga
since 1963/1964 and the 2. Bundesliga since 1997/1998. It lists the
teams for which they played, the years they played for each team, the
number of games in which they appeared in each year, and the number of
goals they scored in each year. You can also click to see the
statistics for each game, so that you can tell if a player was in that
game or not and for how long, among other statistics. You can search
by player name or by team.
Does this site sound sufficient for your needs? If so, I can post an
answer that describes the site in more detail.

I just wanted to make sure, since the player is not assigned a number,
and you can't look up the player by number. Also, this site does not
tell you immediately the dates that a player was in a game or the
number of minutes that he played; you have to look at each game to
find out. But if you would like me to answer with the site I've found
-- since it sounds like it has the same basic information -- please
let me know.

Scott.......when you are in the site can you look up a player by name
and it will then find him for you so you can see what years he played
and for whom?
