The Kia Spectra dashboard, as near as I can tell through my research,
is similar to the older Kias, just a bit more fancy. According to the
nice folks at carsterohelp.com, removal of the stereo involves prying
up the trim panel around the stereo, removing the four screws that
hold the stock stereo in place, and pulling the stereo from the dash,
making sure to remove the connectors and the antenna cord. They have

When you replace the stereo, you may need installation kits to seat a
new stereo in the dash properly. These can be gotten at any number of
online sales outlets, or from a local stereo store. One such example
