Hello motormax-ga, On the DVD for La Bamba, there is a short "featurette" called "Remembering Ritchie". As one review (among others) observes, the featurette is worth watching for "what the real Donna Ludwig has to say about Ritchie Valens." "La Bamba (1987)" Amazon.com http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0767821637/qid=1040713308/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_1/103-2111165-6649468?v=glance&s=dvd "La Bamba Collector's Edition", by Dean McIntosh (May 10, 2001) [under heading "Extras"] Michael D's Region 4 DVD Info Page http://www.michaeldvd.com.au/Reviews/LaBamba.html I have also seen a reference that indicates that she was interviewed for the VH1 special "Behind the Music: The Day the Music Died". - justaskscott-ga I used combinations of the following search terms on Google and Google Groups: valens donna "donna ludwig" dvd "remembering ritchie" |
