Hi, shoaib:

This appears quite similar to one or more questions you have posted
previously, especially this one:

http://answers.google.com/answers/main?cmd=threadview&id=112976

For clarity, please explain whether any of the following unstated
requirements still apply from the previous question:

1) The loan must be for 100% or more of the value of the property.
2) The loan must not require closing costs, points, or any money down.
3) You will apply for the loan from Pakistan.

Please also clarify what sort of contact you yourself would be willing
to make with a loan institution, in order to have this question
satisfactorily answered.

regards, mathtalk-ga

Hello Mathtalk-ga and thanks for your response. In response to
your question please note that all of those three statements still
apply but I want to ‘clarify’ the second statement in the following
way;
Those ‘leading’ national or international real estate funding
organizations(or mortgage companies) which provide “mortgage
loans” should be qualified in handling no point mortgage loans
AND it should not charge application fees AND it should be able to
‘close the deal or it should be able to pay for closing cost’ for
the purchase of single residential resort property in the Mexico or
South America and Europe for ‘investment’ and as asked by you
please note that any sort of contact that you would prefer
is suitable for me. Thanks for your help.
