	Looks like your question got neglected!  I was able to find a few
homes that seemed to fit your needs.  Interestingly enough, there are
many more town homes for rent than traditional homes.  I’m listing a

St.” It sleeps up to 19 people.

You may also want to consider a home exchange. Here are a couple

This is a hotel, not a vacation home. It has great rates and it can
accomodate up to six people. If you bring a cot you get a seventh in
because there is plenty of room, there are two bedrooms plus a living
room. Or, you can always take your chances with a hotel cot.
