Hello,
I'm trying to sell my house without the use of a real estate agent and
I'd like to know how I can go about getting my house added to the MLS
(multiple listing service) for the state of Maryland.  I was wondering
if there are any companies out there that offer this as a service.

Hello Marc:

There is a new service (similar to for sale by owner) that allows you
to advertise your real estate using the web as well as getting a
physical sign to put at your property to advertise.

The site is Curbside Properties (http://www.curbsideproperties.com/) -
For a one time fixed cost, you can add your property and advertise it
yourself. Curbside will send you out a sign to your house and you can
print flyers off the web site
for your listing. I think it might be useful.
