I'm terrible at spelling and would like a small application, free or

Thank you.

Dear lizardnation,

Thanks for your question. First, let me request that if any of the
following is unclear or if you require any further research – please
don’t hesitate to ask me for a clarification.

Whenever you are in need of a piece of software, the best places to go
on the net (IMHO) are –

or –

To find the software you had requested I used – searched
on “spellchecker,” then sorted by ratings – the program I am
recommending you try (I just test-installed it and it works nicely!)
is called “SpellCheckAnywhere 2.0” – it received a rating of 88/100.
Sometimes I’ll try programs based on the highest number of downloads,
but in this case the most frequently downloaded programs have received
pretty low ratings. You can download the spellchecker from –

You’ll receive a 15-day trial. If you like the program, it can be
purchased from –

To activate the program from inside any program, hit the F11 key. As
a bonus, the program comes with a modified Notepad program – you can
access it through the F12 key.

I hope this software works for you. Let me know if it does not, and
we can identify an alternative program.

I hope this response adequately addresses your request. Please let me
know if you are in need of additional information concerning this

Excellent work! I appreciate the explaining of the path you took. I
don't like as they bugged me for a while to fill their
forms. :-)

Thanks for trying the application first on your machine, that's a lot
of added value.
