Need the instruction book or information for programing a Zenith DVD
remote handset MBR281 used on a Zenith DVB216 DVD player.  I bought
the last one
available at Circuit City and it did not have the setup guide.  I
have a Magnavox television set and need to set the code and how to
enter it.

From page 9 of Zenith's DVB216 Manual:

"1. In the chart, find the code corresponding to your brand of
operational device.
2. While holding down the TV, VCR, or CATV button, press 3 number
buttons (0-9) to enter the code.
Some manufacturers have more than one code number. If the remote
control does not operate the VCR, Cable box (DBS) or TV after setting
a code number, try a different code...

Note. Due to the variety of codes used by manufacturers, our company
cannot guarantee that the MBR remote control will operate with every
model of the brands listed...

Magnvox [TV codes]: 100, 106, 107, 109, 114, 115, 121, 122, 130, 131,
133, 158."
