Hi,

Try starting XP in safe mode or 'last known good configuration' mode.
Does it start up at all? Or you get a blue screen with this error?

warm regards

Hi there,

A search on Google (://www.google.ca/search?q=bcp1+bcp2+bcp3&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en&meta=)
found a few results... Unfortunately many of the links are in other
languages or are unrelated, but it did turn up a few reasons why you
might be getting this error.

First off you might want to check out this site and grab the patch:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=3D41A046-0E2C-429F-8F40-F30014ADC3BB

If you have an ATI Radeon 64MB video card you might want to visit this
site: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;318023

You should also make sure all your drivers are up to date (video,
sound, and VIA chipset drivers if applicable).

Good luck!
