As regard to check deductions ..As a service tech are companys allowed
to take monies that I have earned hourly from my check,for shorts on
cash invoices that have been turned in and gone missing..I have never
given permission for this to take place and is there any recourse to
have these monies returned.ie.legal or so on ...
