Thank you for your question.  The State of Kansas does not have any
laws pertaining to the sale of firearms.  The only step you will need
to follow in order to become a licensed firearms dealer in the state
of Kansas.  First, you will have to apply and receive a Federal
Firearms License.  You can learn everything you need to know about an
FFL at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms National Licensing
Center at http://www.atf.treas.gov/firearms/nlc/ffl/ffl_types.htm
