Where can I find screensavers in foreign languages?  I don't want a
Brad Pitt screensaver from an Italian server, for example; I'd want
screensavers that represented other cultures and had text in languages
other than English.  One example of what I'm looking for is the
screensaver for Zwack liquor in Hungary that features photos of their
products and slogans in Hungarian.  I'd like to have around 15 foreign
language screensavers, Windows 2000 compatible.  Thanks.

This answer is close to being on the right track, but it doesn't quite
answer the question I intended.  For one, it is difficult, even with
the information provided so far, to locate the kind of screensaver I'm
looking for.  The Zwack screensaver is one I already knew about, and I
could find (and have found) it on my own.  The bulk of the
screensavers I've been pointed to so far have little or no text in
foreign languages.  I wanted screensavers that had frequent and
different phrases (of about 5 words or more) or, more preferably,
sentences.  The second post suggested using the search term of
"screensaver" translated into different languages, but this really
just results in links to American English screensavers hosted in
different countries.  This is the Italian Brad Pitt situation I wanted
to avoid.  I don't mean to sound ungrateful for the work already done
on this -- I appreciate your efforts.

Here's some more specificity for what I will consider to be a
satisfactory answer to my question:  I want about 15 screensavers that
feature a product, film, tv show, or fictional character a typical
American wouldn't recognize.  Plus, I want the screensavers to have
frequent quotes, slogans, or other prose in a language other than
English.  I would prefer any of these languages: Swedish, Norwegian,
German, Hungarian, Polish, Basque, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese,
Malay, Xhosa, Yiddish, Greek, Gaelic, Hebrew, or Russian.  I'd like to
avoid French and Spanish screensavers, please.

It is unnecessary to suggest directories of screensavers, if most of
the screensavers at these directories are originally American-made or
contain little or no text.

Drink" (Essen & Trinken) catagory, just as an example, there are
several that have German text along with German products.

Search Strategy

The trick is to search for foreign language translations for the word
screensaver. I used Babylon and got these results:

For example, in German screensavers are called Bildschirmschoner. A
search for this brings up many German screensaver sites, however the
sites are in German! Fortunately in the search results you can just
click on "Translate this page" and get each one translated into
