Can you find the address of a company from Florida 
This company only give me address as followed:

Consumer First 
PO Box 15386
Tampa,
FL33684-5386.

This company ask me to pay $45. to get a credit card, but I do not
know their background, therefore I tried to check their real address
and telephone No. for contact and make sure this company or bank is
exist and no problem to pay them $45.
