I'm trying to find the section in the Tretonian where they have the
police blotter that tells you who has been arrested and charged in
criminal offenses. Also tells you who is most wanted and for what.

I have not found the police blotter section but found the Trentonian
newspaper website. Would this be ok as an answer? Just let me know. :)

Hello,
I found the online archives for the Trentonian’s section “Law and
Disorder.” Apparently, the feature was discontinued (at least on-line)
after August 6, 200. Here is how you can get to the archives:

http://www.trentonian.com/site/news.cfm?brd=1697&dept_id=502176&pag=628

Choose:
Section: Law and Disorder
Article from: All Years
Title: [keywords or leave blank to see all 439 articles]

You can find where the offline editions of the Trentonian is sold
here:

Hope this information helps!
