Have you ascertained that the virus has been eradicated?
Please go to Trend Micro's online virus scanner, here:
http://housecall.antivirus.com/

Let me know the results...

I met to assert that the Trend Micro site
commonly detects viruses that resident
virus scanners miss, and, if the online
program is unable to remove it, you can
download the trial version of their
computer-resident program, which will
quarantine it and allow you to delete
it if it can't disable it.

I think you may have mistyped the first error message.
I believe it should be -2147221504

I have seen it described as a VB Object error message, but without
knowing the application you were using when you got it, or the
circumstances surrounding it, I'm not much help.
