Dear chinaten-ga;

Thank you for allowing me an opportunity to answer your interesting
question.

You can find an excellent explanation of Sunshine Laws here:

THE FIRST AMMENDMENT HANDBOOK
http://www.rcfp.org/handbook/viewpage.cgi?0903

Basically, “Sunshine Laws” require certain governmental entities to
hold open meetings so that the public can attend and learn first hand
what is being discussed and what is being decided. It also requires
certain entities to meet only when a predestinated quorum is present
in order to keep a minority of committee members from discussing or
deciding issues on behalf of the greater majority.

Below you will find that I have carefully defined my search strategy
for you in the event that you need to search for more information. By
following the same type of searches that I did you may be able to
enhance the research I have provided even further. I hope you find
that that my research exceeds your expectations. If you have any
questions about my research please post a clarification request prior
to rating the answer. Otherwise, I welcome your rating and your final
comments and I look forward to working with you again in the near
future. Thank you for using Google Answers.

Dear chinaten-ga;

I can only address your original question in this forum. If you'd like
to post your additional request as a seperate question I'm sure
someone will do that research for you as well. I should caution though
that the amount of research you requested in your follow-up will
require a great deal more time that a question associated with a $2
normally takes. I recommend you price your follow up question
accordingly in order to get a quality response.
