Dear joep0325-ga

These are the sites which I believe will provide the information you
require.

One of the best free providers of prices and one which is often used
by other sites is http://www.kitco.com , an extensive free site with
glossary links throughout. Front page has up to the minute New York
gold prices and spot gold prices, and many other world-wide market
prices. There are ‘Exclusive Commentaries’, news feed with search
facility, press releases, daily gold market reports and e-mail
subscriptions for precious metal quotes, alerts and market summaries.
Deeper in the site: http://www.kitco.com/charts/livegold.html has up
to date 24 hour spot gold (bid) prices across all the world markets
and on page http://www.kitco.com/charts/historicalgold.html it has
historical gold charts:
Daily charts back to 1.1.1999
Monthly back to 1995
Yearly 1975
Yearly averages 1833 - 1999
Monthly Averages 1968 - 1999
Five year gold 1975 - 2002
Multi year gold 1971 – 2002
Many other charts and prices are also available such as lease rates.

Other free sites with current prices and commentaries are:
http://www.gold-eagle.com Charts, newsfeeds, commentaries and closing
prices
http://www.goldseek.com/ Quotes, news, editorials, analysis, charts,
investment information and commentary
http://www.thebulliondesk.com/default.asp?load=true Current prices,
charts, news feed, links to free periodic market reports by outside
companies and analysts. (The navigation links are a little lively!)

On http://www.gold.org/ the World Gold Council site are statistics,
markets and reports on global trends.

The London market site contains statistics and published reports:
http://www.lbma.org.uk/core_page.html

Please request clarification of this research, or if the links do not
work, before rating the answer.
