There is a site for Chevy Pick-up enthusiasts at http://www.73-87.com/
Is this the type of site you are looking for or will you accept a
site for modifying any make and model of truck to your specifications?

Hi smooth...

The amount of information on the net
regarding high performance automotive
is so wealthy and vast it's basically
overwhelming.

Have you done any searches so far?
If so, what sites have you been to?

Are we to presume the 1-ton 77 Chevy
exists currently? Is it a 4x4 vehicle
at this time?

Do you currently have the 350 small
block? Is it the installed/original
engine? If so, how many miles are on
it? If this is another engine, what
year/type is it?

Do you wish for us to find sites with
the detail for buildup of the engine
or would simply pointing you in the
direction of an engine builder suffice?
You said powerful... but what is your
definition of powerful? Because it's
never as fast as you want it :)

Where do you live? Do we have to consider
emissions legalities?

Big wheel = ??? Please specify your
idea of big wheel... you don't want us
sending you to a monster truck site?
Or do you? I think Monster Truck wheel
height is a minimum 5ft, so think that
one over :)

Oh, and the title to your question said
High powered road vehicle... you do
realize that a raised, big wheel truck
is not gonna be a fun ride on the tarmac
roads, right? Off-road maybe? =)

If you can clarify a few things I'm
sure I can point you in the direction
you need. I researched my latest project
all on the net. She screams.

I also joined some discussion groups
to gain the knowledge I needed to avoid
common pitfalls. Would you be interested
in relevant groups for your buildup also?

thanks,
