Visioneer scanner drivers are available from the official Visioneer
site, just select the model number of your scanner:
http://www.visioneer.com/support/drivers.stm

They also sell the following software:

ScanSoft PaperPort 8.0 Full Version
ScanSoft PaperPort 8.0 Upgrade Version     
Symantec WinFax Pro 10.02
Intelliquis Software Total Fax
