I have a dissertation which the topic is how to use concurrent
engineering in new product development under the small manufacturing
enterprise.I want to find reference journal or case study of the small
to medium company to use concurrent engineering in their new product
development. My approach is concentration on organization,
technology(DFM, DFA, FEMA, rapid phototype etc.), computer interface
to speed up the new product launch and will compare the different
between use CE and without use CE.

timlam-ga,

I am aware of a journal that is completely devoted to concurrent
engineering and covers exactly what you are asking for. It has been
published for over ten years and would serve as an almost encyclopedic
reference to your work. Is a reference to this journal sufficient to
answer your question?

Hi,

These cover what you need I believe. If you find that you need more or
think that something specific needs to be covered, just ask for
clarification and I will follow up as possible.

Dear Krobert-ga:
Would you let me know where may I get this journal!
And also, do you have any more up-date journal about this.
Because this 4-5 yeare, the computer, CAD/CAM technology build up very fast.
Best regards.

Timlam,

Sorry, I didn't get updated on the question till I took another look
at it (it got usurped a little too quickly by one of my fellow
researchers). The journal I thought that you would find of use is
called "Concurrent Engineering: Research and Applications".

Good luck.
