I am trying to find an all-in-one colour printer (scan, print, and
fax) suitable for a home-office. I'd like a list of printers matching
the criteria below that I can buy from a Canadian retailer (actual
store with outlet near Vancouver or via web site).

-- Mandatories: 1. Must have handset phone attached.
                2. Must be fully Windows XP compatible.
                3. Small footprint
                4. Under USD$200

-- Preferred: 1. Brand name (i.e. Compaq, Lexmark, HP, etc.)
              2. Scanner to be flatbed (not sheetfed)
              3. USB connection
              4. Good quality and DPI on scanning function

-- Unimportant: 1. Speed of printing
                2. Quality of colour (won't use it for printing
photos)
                3. Bundled software

requirements severely limit the options available to you.

I have found one unit that meets all of your specifications, with the
exception that the scanner is not a flatbed.
