I need to research the European energy company Vattenfall. Specifically, I need someone to go through Vattenfall's country specific site for Sweden (you can enter this site through Vatenfall's main site) and basically translate it for me. For this Sweden specific site, I need to know the products and services this utility is offering its customers. By products and services, I mean things such as billing and payment methods, energy equipment sales and services, information/data services, energy consulting/advice, energy-related financial products, etc, that utilties offer their customers in addition to the basic gas and/or electricity. As I cannot read the language myself, I need as much detail as possible in the translation. I need to know what the service/product is, which customer group it's geared toward (i.e. residential, commercial or industrial customers), how much people have to pay for it (where applicable), etc. Basically, I'm looking for an English version of the products and services descriptions. | |

Hi! I am a native swede. And I've lived there (32 years) until this year. Vattenfall (Water fall). Sells electric energy to private homes as well as to companys. They do not provide prophane gas or other gases. They got: Electricity from Water and Wind (El). The main provider of the physical Electric Grid (Elnät). They just started a Phone Service (Telefon). And they also got Remote Heated Water (Fjärrvärme). On this link you got their price in Öre/kWh. (100 Öre = 1 SEK. 1 USD = ca 10.65 SEK). For the steady price (Fast pris) of Electricity. http://www.vattenfall.se/privat/priser_och_avtal/el/fast_pris/ From there you can look at the links for Moving Price (Rörligt pris), and Moving Price With a Roof (Rörligt pris med tak), and So Forth Price (Tillsvidare pris). Prices to get connected to the Electric Grid (Elnät). http://www.vattenfall.se/privat/priser_och_avtal/elnat/ http://www.vattenfall.se/privat/priser_och_avtal/elnat/anslutning/ They got 4 areas. http://www.vattenfall.se/privat/priser_och_avtal/elnat/tariffer/ Other areas are other companys providing the Grid. Vattenfall got 4 million customers. And their new company build will have access to 300 billion SEK for year 2002. It is sooooo much to translate, and their site needs so many clicks to show what you want to know.. They probably got information in English if you want that. Call this guy: Karl-Erik Olsson at +46-8-739 50 00. Or email them at kundservice@vattenfall.se No worries, virtually all (70-80%) swedish people talk english. |
