Are you wanting only the record, or would a tape of the record be
acceptable? Louise De Cormier has offered to make a tape of the record
they own for you if that is sufficient. I can post the information
after I hear from you.

Thanks,
wellen-ga

Is the record a 78 rpm? If 1958, probably.
I'd suggest you contact Peter Muldavin, "The Kiddie
Rekord King," who collects,
sells and makes tapes of kid's records. He had an
obscure record I wanted from the 50's and if he doesn't
have yours, he'll know where to find it.

I'd still contact Peter. He has more than 78's.
And if he doesn't have this record, he'll know who
to send you to.

Hello lesleydee-ga,

I've spent some time looking (and I'm sure other researchers have as
well). I haven't been able to find this record.

You may want to vist the website of Counterpoint Chorus
(http://www.counterpointchorus.com). Counterpoint Chorus is directed
by Robert De Cormier . They have contact information listed. Perhaps
if you contact them, they can give you information about the record.

Good Luck.

Hello lesleydee,

I had contacted Counterpoint with the request for any help in finding
this recording and received this response,

"I am forwarding this on to Robert with hopes that he can help you.
It can be a real challenge to find out-of-print albums.

happy holidays!

roger grow · for Counterpoint"

About 2 weeks later I received the following email from Louise De
Cormier:

"Thank you for your interest in the Italian children's songs. The
record has
been out of print for years. We have one or two that have been played
many
times and have the usnual scratches that the old recordings manage to
accumulate. At the moment my husband and I are very busy, but if you
don't
mind waiting, and if you will send your address, we will be glad to
make you
a tape and send it, as soon as we have the chance..

Sincerely,

Louise De Cormier"

The email address for the De Cormier's is decormier@aol.com

lesleydee, I have emailed them and told them that you would be
contacting them about the tape. If you send your address to them, they
seem to be very willing to make the tape for you.

I hope you are able to enjoy it soon,
wellen-ga
