annual worldwide sales (in dollars) of the drug streptokinase (which
is sold under various names, such as Streptase, Anistreplase,
Durokinase, etc.).  It's prescribed for acute myocardial infarction
(blockage of the heart arteries) and stroke, but is used mostly
outside the United States.
Info on market share (versus tissue plasminogen activator, tPA) would
also be useful.

streptokinase is manufactured worldwide by several companies, each
with several subdidiaries.

No sales information was found through several searches, either
through Google or through the UM databases.  A complete list of
manufacturers would be necessary to get accurate figures - my contact
does not have such a list, as the drug is used primarily outside of
the US.
