Hello Rolandio,

According to the MooMilk Website: 1 quart of milk weighs 2.15 pounds
http://www.moomilk.com/faq.htm

The weight of a gallon of cow’s milk would weigh 4 x 2.15 = 8.6 pounds.

Dairy Cow Facts:
One gallon of milk weighs 8.6 lbs.

"Milk production is generally reported by weight rather than volume.
The average dairy cow delivers 60 pounds (27 kg) of milk a day and
produces milk an average of 305 days out of the year. (..) Milk weighs
almost the same as water-8.6 pounds (3.9 kg) a gallon (3.8 L).
Therefore, the average dairy cow produces approximately 7 gallons (26
L) of milk a day and 2140 gallons (7930 L) of milk in 305
milk-producing days a year."
