hello. could you find out some information about this watch as it
appears to be quite rare , I cannot find any thing about it. I would
like to know who made it,how many were made and is it a sought after

Do you mean a watch by JACQUES LEMANS? If so can you describe it
further. Is 88 the only number on it? Is the number in this format:
1-880C ?

Using Google as a search, spellings Le Mans and Wrist Watch produce
better results. If this watch appears to be older and has four
functions on the dial, the 88 could refer to Valjoux 88.
