Can you tell me how to locate Independent Sales Organizations /
Telemarketing companies that will market my services to webmasters.  I
have a unique web based service that is targeted to webmasters who
actively spend money advertising online and I would like to outsource
the marketing of the sales of these services.

I didn't ask for a list of telemarketing companies.  I wanted
ISO/Telemarketing companies that market to webmasters.  You didn't
address the ISO question at all (note the subject "Looking for ISO to
market web based services")  and provided no information on companies
that market to webmasters.  Most on your list, at first glance, appear
to be B2C not B2B telemarketers. Can you be more specific with regards
to the market I am trying to reach.

Thank you for requesting clarification of my research.

My apologies for misinterpreting your question. My interpretaion was
that you were seeking independent companies that perform telemarketing
services on a small to medium scale that could be directed to target a
market you define. Many of the companies I discovered appear to do
just that and do indeed handle B2B.

Obviously, I am misunderstanding your request. If you will tell me
more about your use of the term ISO and I will will further research
your question. If I fail to find an acceptible answer for you, I will
ask that the Google Answer Editors pull my answer and open the
question to our team of researchers without charge to you.

An ISO ("Independent Sales Organization") is a group of sales people
that specialize in selling products/services of third parties.  Most
specialize in selling to a particular market and therefore have a base
of "warm leads" that they can offer your product or service to.  This
is what I am looking for.

I have continued to research your question and Independent Sales
Agents. Having been one myself and answered previous questions about
them in various industries, I can say with some confidence that most
of these organizations deal in face to face sales and generally in
assigned teritories. They will carry non-competing product lines from
various vendors and manufacturers and target a specific area of brick
and mortar businesses. Their value to their manufacturuers is their
proximity to their customers and their personal relationships that
have developed over time. They rarely sell services.

I also feel confident that there are a number of service based
business on my original list that actually do perform the service you
desire. I would appreciate if you would take a little more time with
my list and particularly noting those that are shown as outbound and
deal B2B. Perhaps you could call or email one or two to inquire
specifically of their services and to feel assured they can reach the
market you desire and telemarket your product.

If you find I am not accurate in this assessment, I would be happy to
further research upon your next clarification and can always have my
answer removed and the question reopened within the next 30 days
should you feel I am way off base.

Do let me know what you find.

Not really an answer, but rather search results, which may have the
answer somewhere within them if I looked long enough... but I paid for
an answer not for directions on how to find an answer.  Someone who
doesn't know what an ISO is should not be considered qualifed enought
to answer this question.

As someone who has spent the better part of 10 years in inside
sales/telesales, I would like to add a bit here.  The information
provided by clouseau is where I would recommend you start.  I run/ran
a company very similar to telemarketingquote.com, which due to
conflict of interest, I won't post here.  In order to do what you
want, you are going to need several things: a company that will do the
dials, a list of people for them to call and a script for them to work
off of.  The vast majority of the teleservices companies out there
will get a list of prospects for them to call on your campaign,
obviously for a fee.  Telemarketingquote.com and teleplaza (and my
company) are great resources to find telemarketing companies that
specialize in almost every type of outbound calling campaign you can
imagine.  In what you are describing, you are looking for a company to
provide outbound telesales for an internet based product.  Using
Telemarketingquote.com, you describe your project and they send out an
email to their teleservic members company stating the details of your
project.  If those companies do not feel qualified, they won't bid on
the project.  Those that do, will.  I do not know of any teleservice
organizations that specialize in strictly selling to webmasters as
that is a very finite group.  There are companies that specialize in
selling, prospecting and lead generation for high tech/internet sales
and the best option you have to find those is using the resources
provided by Clouseau.  Bear in mind, by having a company do the
selling for you, you will be paying more as opposed to simply having
them do lead generation and you, or your staff, doing the actual
selling and closing of the deals.
