I currently have a leased SUV and would like to know the best way to
either buy or get out of the lease early. I don't have to keep the
vehicle. I would rather get another.

I can offer a few possibilities, however without knowing the exact
situation and lease terms, an exact answer would be difficult. There
are several options, including:

Early Termination: Consult your lease - specifically the disclosure
form - to find out the cost of an early lease termination. This is
typically a very expensive option, often equal to the amount of the
remaining payments

Early Purchase: You could also offer to purchase the vehicle early and
get out from the lease. YOu would have better luck with a smaller
organization. You could probably negotiate a lower price than the
total remaining payments and buyout cost.

Lease Sale/Trade: You can "sell" your lease or transfer your lease to
others. There are number of sites for this, including:
