This book has never been published. The title is actually a library
exhibition based on the scholarship of Leila Avrin.

Here is the link:

These are the 4 titles I'm interested in (sorry I wasn't clearer,
before):

Avrin, Leila. Illuminated Hebrew manuscripts / Leila Avrin. 1964

Avrin, Leila. Mikrografyah `Ivrit : elef shenot omanut ketav za`ir /
Lilah Avrin. 1981

Avrin, Leila. Scribes, script, and books : the book arts from
antiquity to the Renaissance / Leila Avrin ; illustrations by Malla
Carl and Noah Ophir. 1991

Sirat, Colette. Lettre hébraïque et sa signification / Colette Sirat.
Micrography as art / Leila Avrin. 1981

Well, Amazon *claim* to be able to get a copy of 'Scribes, Script and Books'.

No luck with the usual Judaica bookshops on the other titles.

You can get bibliographic information from her online CV at
http://www.si.umich.edu/COA/Faculty/AdjunctsCVs/avrin.html

This lists only three books written or co-written by her:

MICROGRAPY AS ART. 1981
SCRIBES, SCRIPT AND BOOKS The Hand-Made Book from Antiguity to the
Renaissance. 1991
CALLIGRAPHY: HEBREW LETTERING 1993

Unfortunately, knowing the publishers didn't help me locate a source
for purchase - CNRS and the Israel Museum (joint publishers of
MICROGRAPY AS ART) don't provide online searching of their
publications and CNRS publishing don't list it.

Their websites are:
Israel Museum http://www.imj.org.il/index.html
CNRS Publishing http://www.cnrseditions.fr/
CNRS http://www.cnrs.fr/

On the plus side, the full listing in her CV of journal and conference
papers might help you locate publications covering similar topics to
the other books you are looking for.

BTW - should you draw a blank with Amazon, this UK supplier also
claims to be able to provide SCRIBES, SCRIPT AND BOOKS

She did publish an article, "The Story of Hebrew Letters," though. This can be had.
