Who has Leila Avrin's "Micrography: The Hebrew Word as Art" in stock,
in good condition, for sale, and for how much?

Do you mean Avrin's 1981 book, 'Micrography as Art'?

This book has never been published.  The title is actually a library
exhibition based on the scholarship of Leila Avrin.

These are the 4 titles I'm interested in (sorry I wasn't clearer,
before):

Well, Amazon *claim* to be able to get a copy of 'Scribes, Script and Books'.

No luck with the usual Judaica bookshops on the other titles.

Unfortunately, knowing the publishers didn't help me locate a source
for purchase - CNRS and the Israel Museum (joint publishers of
MICROGRAPY AS ART) don't provide online searching of their
publications and CNRS publishing don't list it.

On the plus side, the full listing in her CV of journal and conference
papers might help you locate publications covering similar topics to
