The reason I ask is because I believe I'm going to have to manually
get the fiscal data on these companies in order to rank them
financially, and there are very many of them.

Hi -
Thanks for your question. The problem with this is that most of these
companies are privately held. This means their financial information
is not disclosed to the general public. The only way of getting this
information that I know of is via a subscription to Hoovers Online
[www.hoovers.com]. This unfortunately costs around $2000. A
representative from there has told me that financial data is available
for private companies that are in their listings [and they have
millions of records].

Through no fault of your own, this appears to be more of a 100.00
answer. Is it possible to redefine my price offering, or receive 50%
refund? If you feel this is unjust please let me know and I may
reconsider my request.

Hello -
Understood. Is there any other qualification for rank that you would
be satisfied with?
Let me look around a little more and see what I can do. Then, if
nothing can be done, I'll see if the price can be re-adjusted.

Billions in sales, but don't know how much for oil/gas... hopefully
will be getting that information from the company. It was unavailable
through Hoovers.
The rest of the companies were either below $50,000 in sales or had no
record in Hoovers. If they have no record, I would guess that their
presence in the industry is negligible.
Hope this helps... let me know where we're at.
