I would describe this as Minimalist New Age artwork. I know little about the marketing of art, so I can't guess to whom it might appeal. |

I'm also an artist and I agree with Pinkfreud's description of the paintings. I immediately liked the paintings because of the simplicity, uncluttered and soothing character each one projects. Personally I think these paintings will appeal to: people of calm disposition; those who are decent and respectable; romantic and sensitive people; adults in their later years; people who live peaceful lives; and of course, the natural art lovers - regardless of age. |

Hello, I browsed your paintings and found them beautiful in their simplicty, having a "back to nature" feel, and colors that soothed my tired eyes. I'm also an artist, and have bookmarked your site as one I'd like to visit again and again. As for who what types of people the art will appeal to, I'd have to say anyone who can appreciate good taste. I personally see no age limitations whether young or older. tlspiegel Google Answers Researcher |

Zen seaviews, very appealing to the contemplative spirit. Minimalist applies as well. I particually enjoy "Et in Arcadia Ego" and my imagination fills in sights and sounds from earth and sky. I can even hear the the lapping of the waves. If I was wealthy, I would own a few of these paintings. They promote calm. If you are looking for "work profile" suggestion to be created as accompanying text for potential buyers, I will be happy to address a question to compose examples for you based on my enjoyment of your work. |

Hi, As one who spent ten years as an art dealer, I find myself generally in agreement with the comments already posted, but I think there's a very obvious target market that hasn't been mentioned. Interior designers make their living by (among other things) manipulating colors within a space. Because this work is so color oriented (in addition to being relaxing and non-controversial, which is frequently mandatory, especially in commercial settings) designers are very likely to be interested in putting pieces like this in front of their clients. If you're looking for marketing advice, I'd recommend seeking out individual interior designers, especially those who specialize in commercial spaces, and also galleries who do a lot of business with such designers (those galleries are always on the lookout for something new that will get their ID clients excited). ericynot-ga |

H2, I love your stuff. I have no art background, except for being an "avid visualist", i.e. I judge art purely on what it does to me visually. Given that this highly appeals to me (one little data point), I'll describe me: Demographics: F; 30-40; highly educated; engineer/business type; top 5% on economic scales Tendencies feminine; precise/analytical; full of boudaries; very balanced in introversion, extroversion; value simplicity (low materialism); prefer modernity over traditions; risk-averse; open-minded (within my very well-defined and acceptable world) I hope that helps, Claudietta Google Researcher |

H2, 1) I just read everyone's comments, and it's increadible how accurate they tend to be as it relates to me. 2) I am a very esthetically choosy visualist. I love going to all types of museums, but usually, less than 10% of the stuff appeals to me at all, and less that 1% inspires me (visually). Claudietta Google Answers Researcher |
