Windows XP Home w/SP1. NTFS, I am the only user and it is a stand
alone setup

I want to have two users accounts available in Normal Mode. XXXX and
YYYY. I want XXXX to be the normal user with Max RAM and YYYY to be
the full privileged administrator account with fast switch capability
between them.

I have these two accounts w/passwords now and they are both of the
Administator type but I do not seem to have admin. privilege in
either. (Can not Register a Shareware Plugin)

After getting XXX and YYYY set up I want to move all Documents and
Settings into them from accounts that were created at the factory or by
me accidently ( Owner, Creator Owner, Everybody, System, Admin..HP...,
etc ). then I want to delete all unused accounts.

To change a user's account type
You must have a computer administrator account to change a user's
account type.

Open User Accounts in Control Panel.
Click the name of the account you want to change.
Click Change the account type.
Click Computer administrator or Limited, depending on the type of
account you want, and then click Change Account Type.
 Notes

To open User Accounts, click Start, click Control Panel, and then
double-click User Accounts.
As a computer administrator, you can change your own account type to
limited, but only if there is another user on the computer with a
computer administrator account. The computer cannot be without an
administrator.
