Gary Lambert "Pete" Nugent was an all-time great idol of tap dance.
Was member of famed tap trio "Pete,Peaches & Duke"('31-37). He was
born Jul.16,'09 and died Apr.'73. He had quit dancing around '52, and
in the 60's was managing a Motown group. Luciaphile infoms me that he
died between April 25-30. I need his deathdate. bluestreak

Possible lead: "Index to Black Newspapers" 1973. I don't have access
to it, but there might be something there. Just a hunch.
