Hi shoaib,

FirstBroker Financial LLC is a self-described "...Internet and
Intranet service for commercial lenders, brokers, investors,
consultants, developers and other related professionals ... provides
commercial lenders and brokers worldwide direct access to funding
requests ... promotes funding of large commercial ventures."

According to their "Funding Questionnaire" page at...

http://www.firstbroker.net/q/

... a party can engage FirstBroker for a fee to assist in securing
financing from a funding source, including, according to FirstBroker,
"...bank, investor and mortgage loan lenders..."

As well as the two sites you note, you may be interested in knowing
that FirstBroker also is associated with the following entities...

www.1stbroker.com

www.traderscreditunion.com

www.firstcitycap.com

www.refirm.com

www.nations1stfinancial.com

FirstBroker descriptions of these various entities can be found at...

http://www.kayentautah.net/bus/

There also appears to be a connection between FirstBroker and several
other entities noted on that page. For example, Premiere Media
Publishing developed many of the FirstBroker sites, and a whois lookup
shows that a Richard Wigley of Premiere Media is the current
registrant of www.firstbroker.net

regards,

rico

Hello Rico-ga and thanks for your answer. I am satisfied with your
answer but please note that I had filled and submitted the funding
questionare of www.firstbroker.net for mortgage loan for purchase of
residential resort property in Mexico country for investment and my
project is also 'commercially viable' but I have not received the
response of the funding source of that organization so please
'clarify' this situation. My mortgage loan amount was US$ 131,000.
Thanks.

Hi again shoaib,

I'm glad that you found my answer satisfactory, and my apologies for
the delay in getting back to you.

The only entity that can provide the "clarification" you now seek is
FirstBroker Network itself. The organization notes in its Guidelines,
Policies, and Procedures page an approximate 10 to 20 day time frame
"review stage" after a "project" is placed in its "available leads"
pool (the terminology is from FirstBroker). FirstBroker's main page
also notes 2,882 "active" projects, and claim 240 are funded,
indicating to me that there's something of a gap between loan requests
and funding.

Given that at least 20 days have passed since you submitted your
questionnaire, my suggestion would be to followup with FirstBroker for
information on the status of your funding request.

They note an email address of info@firstbrokerfinancial.com and also
note on their main page:

"...Please send any correspondence you may have through the FBFN
Egroup

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/fbfn/join

or the Public Forum

http://www.firstbroker.net/forum/

..."

Best of luck,

rico

It seems that the website isn't finish yet or still under
construction. I also think they are some kind of a lending
organization.
