I am reorganizing the office administration system.I want a list of
common generic filing categories which I want to use both for manual
filing and also as headings for public folders ( MS Exchange )

Links to some high quality articles that discuss security access
levels ( Secret, Confidential etc ) , tips on storing and categorizing
important e-mails in public folders , sample file indexes etc would be
what I am looking for

It would help us to know for what industry you need categories. A
manufacturing plant will use a different family of filing categories
than a hospital.
