many agencies in the South of London as well as in the North side, a
large outfit.

that is absolutely right. My research revealed the following:

"Some of the large groups engaged in some form of re-branding exercise
during 2002, most notably Royal & Sun Alliance Property Services who
completely made over all their offices and, while retaining the brands
of Barnard Marcus, William H Brown, Fox and Sons and the like,
