Here is a link to the pre-kindergarten early foreign language programs
at public and private schools in the United States.  This list will
provide you with the name, address, phone and fax number, and E-mail
address for the school. Then it will list grade levels in the school,
grade levels receiving foreign language instruction, languages taught
and grade levels, whether foreign language classes meet during regular
school day, whether classes last for the entire school year, number of
minutes per class per week, and any special notes about the schools.
Various languages are represented on this list, and you can feel free
to modify the search with any curiosities that are not included in my
example. Unfortunately, the special notes do not include any celebrity
information as your question requests

I have found an extensive list of celebrity parents at the H & R block
refund rewards site. A quick browse of the names led me to Melanie
Griffith and Antonio Banderas who have a bi-lingual daughter. Their
daughter has a nanny in Spain who speaks to her in Spanish, Griffith
speaks to her daughter in English, and Banderas speaks to her in both
