To clarify, are you requesting a list of Michigan companies that spend
the most on construction in total dollar terms?  Should such a list
include public, private and non-profits - or just some of these?

Any of them will be fine.  I'm interested to see who in Michigan
spends the most on construction year after year.  In our business it
might be termed Capital Improvement Projects or Capital Budget.

This looks like it is headed in the right direction but does not
answer my question in two important ways.  First, I need a list of
companies funding construction which is not the same as a list of
projects.

Also, I'd like a list of Michigan companies who spend money on
construction.  The building does not have to be in Michigan.  As an
example, General Motors is a Michigan Company but they build
facilities all over the world.
