Where can I find information on 'start up and operating costs' for
opening up a Health/Fitness Club. I would like information specific to
this subject and not a general "How To Start a Business Book".

Hi Al 45,

I located a sample business plan for a fitness center.

Fitness Center plan with market analysis, competitors, pricing and all
key areas. This business plan includes use of funds and projected loan
repayment. The plan was written for 1995 so market information will be
outdated but this sample does provide the necessary insight into
putting together a business plan.

If this 1995 fitness center business plan interests you, please let
me know.

Thanks

This sounds like a good start. I am interested in the loan repayment
information. i.e. - How many memeberships needed to break even based
upon size of investment. I can factor in an increase for 2003.
