Like many companies, UPS uses an email system that usually (but not
always!) results in an email address format: 
firstinitiallastname@ups.com

You can try this for senior management, and see if the mail goes
through, or bounces back at ya!  So the CEO, Michael Eskew, would be:

meskew@ups.com

and so on through the management chain.  Good luck.
