Which brand of ice cream and flavor specifically is in question? Each
combination of brand and flavor contains different formulations, and
there may be a unique ingredient in the specific type you bought.

Are you referring to the chills that run up and down your spine? Or
maybe just an eye twitch type thing. Both happen to me when I eat ice
cream too fast and I get cold too quickly.

No , not eye twitching or chills. Real leg jumping and spazms like
when you are falling asleep and the body is discharging built up
energy. After eatting ice-cream I have noticed that this is more
exagerated. Wondering if he is allergic to something used in making
ice-cream that effects the nervous system or muscles.
