1:
We are a Dutch based company in need of a Merchant Account to
start processing credit cards online.

Our company sells _tangible goods_ (toys and gadgets) and subscription services.

We have contacted several (well known) companies to set things up for us but:

- they require US presence: incorperating or a delaware fix
is not an option.
This is the biggest 'catch' since it seems to be a major
issue.
We are a European based company.

- they require at least $100k to $200k monthly turnover
(our current prospectus is $30k to $50k with a 750-1000 transaction volume)

- they dont accept certain cards (all major cards should be accepted)

Basicly we need a lead to an established company that can set this
up for us without the above limitations and guide us through the process
for a reasonable price.

We are NOT looking for:
- A third party processor (like ibill, ccnow etc)

2:
Once we accomplished setting up a Merchant Account how will the
actual processing and administration take place?
Any suggestions for the backoffice? (software and administration)
Any third parties that can take care of this part?
We are planning to maintain an affiliate program for our products:
affiliate facilities are essential.

Thank you!
