I'm a homeschool mom who would like to tell my children true stories
of children (past and present) who have/are helped to protect the
world (the environment, land, animals, etc.)

Can you lead me to some websites or links that would tell about these
children?  I'm also open to others of any age who have done specific
things to help protect the world, but I prefer individuals, not
organizations.
