I need to find out the status of my Delaware corporation, Talk Unlimited Inc.

I am not a Google Researcher, but I am incorporated and researched
incorporating in DE prior to choosing FL.

Your registered agent should know the status and should have a copy of
your articles of incorporation. You will receive confirmation from the
dept of state in writing.

Unfortunately, the state of DE does not have their incorporation
records online.  You can contact the Department of State, Division of
Corporations at

database:
http://www.state.de.us/corp/directweb.htm  They will probably charge
you to check.
