There has been much discussion about tax cuts recently.  Could you
tell me roughtly, the percentage of people who would really benefit
(get enough of a break that they could do something with that money. 
I don't mean buy groceries for a week, but lets just say get a benefit
of at least $1000) from an elimination of the taxes on stock
dividends, and what the average income of these folks would be.  Also,
I'm interested in the same kind of info on the "death" tax.
